We understand the needs of in-home patients and their caregivers. Our professional, courteous staff is ready to help you select the appropriate KayserBetten model to meet the exceptional needs of your child.

We will work with your child’s doctor and therapist in preparing the required paperwork for your insurance company. Our medical billing professionals understand the reimbursement issues and work with major insurance companies, including several state Medicaid programs and funding sources.

We will submit the required paperwork to your insurance for prior authorization of the prescribed bed. Upon approval, our factory trained technicians will deliver and set up the bed at your home and show you how to operate it.
If you would rather not go through insurance, you can purchase a bed from us at any time. We accept personal checks and major credit cards. We look forward to serving you.

Our factory trained technicians deliver each bed and assemble it on site. They train the caregivers and parents on its use.

Most beds are delivered within 10 business days from the date of insurance authorization on your purchase order. Delivery time for customized beds varies.
